First of all they’re on a major road so you literally can’t open the windows without blaring car noise, truck horns, loud engines. You feel trapped.
Since the Walgreens closed down, it’s terribly inconvenient. Can’t walk anywhere without leaving the area first, and it’s in a major intersection so it’s terribly unpleasant
They say they’re dog friendly but they’re absolutely not. I have a 10lb dog. You can have a dog, but it’s a huge burden
They raise rents to insane levels. Part of me thinks... “wow you guys must really think highly of yourselves if you think can raise prices to that level”
Fire alarms go off constantly
They tow my car even though it’s registered to the garage??? Then charge 150 to get it back. They say “we don’t have to look up your license plate, we can just tow it”. Luckily I don’t “need” my car, but imagine if you had to drive to work and your car was just… gone? This was infuriating and alone should be enough reason not to ever rent here
The appliances are terrible. Our dishwasher was replaced twice. The washing machine just kind of… stops. Mid load, still full of water. The smoke detector had to have its battery replaced multiple times as well
I have never had any of these problems anywhere else. It’s absurd
Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. do yourself a favor and avoid this place and go literally anywhere else

They have one of the best maintenance services ...our toilet got clogged and my husband called the maintenance late night and requested it is an emergency service and that I was in my postpartum , they came night 11.30 to repair it and I am sure no other apartment will do late night services...
Every week they host a fun events like succulent ,pumpkin painting, pet photoshoot, breakfast morning ,smoothies tasting ect...
Station landing always give me a sweet memories ??my baby was born in this... house and we bought a house such a lucky place for my family...

Rude and condescending staff, problems receiving packages, very frequent fire alarms at all hours of the day and night which require evacuation of the building.
Rent increases which are so unbelievably large it makes it impossible to stay here very long because you will be priced right out of your apartment. Once you sign that lease and move in they know it's harder for you to move away, so on your renewals you can expect your rent to go up by a very large amount on a regular basis, and if you... don't like it you have to leave.
Well, guess what. That's exactly what we're going to do. As soon as our lease is up, we are leaving. We would do it right now, except that the penalties they charge for leaving early amount to many thousands of dollars, so we are stuck here putting up with their rude attitude until our lease is up.
Be smart and find another place to live instead of here. Moving here was a huge mistake.

Property Manager at Station Landing Apartments responded to this review
Thank you for taking the time out of your busy day to write Station Landing a review.
We are a mix-use urban environment so you will hear vehicles if you window is open. That said, some areas of the property are more busy than others and we are... happy to explore those locations with you and potentially work with you in transferring apartments. We understand renting sight unseen is a difficult decision which does not always allow for the nuances of each apartment location to be appreciated. Some may desire a more bright apartment and accept that more traffic may pass by their window. It really is a balance in finding out what is most important. Please visit with us should you wish to explore transferring apartments.
Although we are pet friendly and love all our our community dogs, we do ask that all residents maintain a leash on their dog when outside of their apartment. Not all residents are comfortable with pets, no matter the size, and it can be very intimating when approached by an unleased dog. As a pet friendly community, we must also enforce the rules and regulations of the property.
While residents enjoy a free parking space with their apartment, it is important that we monitor parkers who absorb resident parking. Stevens Towing provides this monitoring service to the community and the only way they can identify a residents vehicle is through the hang tag issued to resident at move it. When displayed, the driver of the tow truck understands that the vehicle is a residents vehicle. We hope you can appreciate the need for their service in maintaining available resident parking.
We apologize for your experience & hope your remaining stay is enjoyable.
