Short-Term Luxury Studio Relet on Comm Ave

Hi! I'm a BU alumnus looking to move out of the area in the next few months and looking for someone to take over my lease. I'm hoping to get the process started as soon as possible. Earliest move-in date subject to change depending on relet and... personal housing search timeline. Regardless, the lease will end on July 31.

Approximate monthly total: $3,664

The total amount of $3,664 includes the rent of the studio itself ($3,375), utilities, monthly administration fee (roughly $16), and single garage parking ($275). Subject to extra fees, e.g. credit card convenience fee, depending on payment method. Co-signer (Guarantor) required as part of signing the lease. The new resident must have a car or be willing to cover the $275, since my assigned single parking space in the garage is directly transferred.

Property details:
-Luxury mid-rise building
-Lots of amenities, including a lobby coffee machine, study lounge, small gym, and common rooftop!
-Nicely furnished with bed, washer/dryer, dishwasher, chairs, drawers, cabinets, and tables
-Central AC system
-Steps away from Star Market
-Walkable to BU Central/East Campus
-Bus and T stops are only a few minutes away from the property
-Public Transportation available to Berklee, BC, Suffolk, Northeastern, etc.
-Newly updated wifi runs smoothly
-Most utilities included, but residents are responsible for electricity
-Pets generally not allowed, but service animals and ESA permitted and subject to pet fee and other requirements

This may not be the most affordable option and definitely has its pros and cons like other apartments in Boston, but as a short-term stay, I think it is worth it. I have mostly enjoyed my time living here for more than 2 years. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions! Happy to provide specific pros and cons and other details. Please text or email through contact form.
