Helpful management. Been here only a few months but they’ve been very helpful and maintenance is fairly fast. The amenities are also pretty good. Personally rooms are a bit on the smaller side but I’m not sure if that’s just how Seattle rooms are.

The process was very smooth, from application to approval. I love the community, its amenities, its proximity to the best places in SLU, and reasonable rent despite all of this.

Radius has been an aboliste pleasure to live in! Small friendly community right in the heart of Brighton. You can tell that the staff and business model is centered around its residents.

Living at this apartment community has been a generally positive experience with a few areas for improvement. The management team is friendly and usually responsive, although we faced delays in getting our assigned parking space, which was quite inconvenient. Maintenance requests are handled well, though non-emergency issues can take a few days to be addressed. The amenities are good, with a well-equipped gym and clean pool, though the communal lounge could use more seating. The location is... excellent, with easy access to grocery stores, public transportation, and great restaurants. The property is well-maintained and clean, and I feel safe walking around at night, thanks to regular security patrols. However, there are occasional noise disturbances from weekend parties. Overall, the rent is reasonable considering the amenities and location, but there is certainly room for improvement in maintenance response times and parking management.
