48 Saint Stephen Street Unit 1

Looking for someone to join me on my lease in the next academic year. Near Symphony Hall. The full rent cost would be 3900, I'm ideally looking for an even split, or 1900/2000 (my room is much smaller). But I'm open to paying more, especially if it... provides housing to another LGBT person. Utilities range from 50-300 per person depending on the season and temperature settings. I've posted pictures of the property from the zillow listing. The larger bedroom (one shown) is going to be available as my current roommate is likely moving out. Apartment is down one flight of stairs, with a fenced ground floor patio area at the back. The landlord mentioned being open to cats, and I love cats myself. I'm a very quiet stay at home person and usually don't leave my room. Not really a party person. I'm very clean and really only loud when on calls with friends. I handle taking out the trash and recycling and can post more pictures of parts of the apartment or measurements if there's interest. Alternatively I would love to find an apartment to stay in the Fenway area if anyone has spots.
Accessibility - There is no elevator. The doorways are narrow, there is a handrail partially on the stairs to the entrance, stairs and lips in the apartment floor plan itself and the front entrance stairs are not level. The back entrance is ground level/has no stairs, but the doorway is in my current room. There are no grab bars in the shower as pictured.
