Bottom line up front: This is the best landlord I’ve ever had. Responsive, understanding, and present. The unit was gorgeous, an amazing size and quality for the price, and I had no issues the entire time I lived there.
I moved to Boston from Texas, and I had a short time to visit Boston and select an apartment. Joe was the most responsive person out of all of the apartment listings I reached out to. The tour was great, he answered all my questions, and help guide me through the application... process. If I remember correctly, I got an approval the same day.
My move into the apartment was seamless. Joe was present, helped my dad with parking our U-Haul, and was communicative with me in the month prior to the move and the day of the move.
My time at 125 Warren Street was amazing. No problems with the building. The garage parking is a great add. The amenities and common areas were luxurious and well kept – you will often see people cleaning the halls, and always at reasonable times. You’ll even see Joe taking care of the units himself, whether it’s taking out the trash, putting up packages, or replacing your air filter.
I have not, and do not know anyone, who has experienced this level of attentiveness and care from a landlord. If the gorgeous units and amenities don’t convince you the price is worth it, then consider the service and security of having a landlord who cares. This is how apartment living should be.

I lived at 125 Warren for two years and absolutely loved my experience. My apartment had a huge modern kitchen, large bathroom and a full size washer and dryer. The bedroom and living space was the largest for any apartment I’ve ever lived in. Everything was brand new and in perfect condition. The area is also very convenient with many public transportation options. I am really going to miss living here!

This property is an amazing location near the bus station! It was a very nice apartment to live in and I was the first to live in my apartment. It was very clean and everyone in the building is very nice! Joe is an amazing landlord that helped at any time with questions or services. Was very understandable and always was will to help with whatever needed or asked! Would rate this place more than a 5 stars. I will miss it for sure!

Really enjoyed living at 125 Warren. I moved into apt 408 as one of the first tenants when this building was completed. It’s been a great year. Clean, modern and spacious. Not to mention super energy efficient (loved that high tech heating system)
The best part of living here though, was the fantastic property manager, Joe made it the most stress free rental. He was always a text message away to resolve any issues and made sure that the building was always kept clean and tidy and as new as it... continues to look.
If I ever move back to Boston I’d happily move back in…Maybe one day!

The apartment units are all very modern and clean. I’ve lived here for over a year and really love it, the property manager is incredibly responsive and helpful—-they even decorate the apartment lobby/hallways for holidays, it genuinely puts a smile on my face. The location is very convenient, close to a lot of bus stations. And I even feel relatively safe walking around at nighttime there. There’s also an indoor garage and an outdoor patio where you’re able to use the grill and fire place... 7-11pm! I’d definitely recommend
